Capabilities
Our range welding equipment includes:- Approved weld procedures & qualified welders for various material; welding Carbon Steel (NACE & Non-NACE), Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Duplex Steel, Cast Iron, AISI 4130, AISI 8630, AISI 4140, A487 Gr. 4.
- Approved weld procedures & qualified welders for Inlay/Overlay Inconel 625 & Stellite 6 alloy
- Welder qualifications in various Weld processes TIG, MIG, SMAW, FCAW & SAW
- Post weld heat treatment facilities includes bogie furnace 2nos. as well as localized heat treatment units.
- WESCO having dedicated facility for the conductor pipe welding
- SAW machines with automatic flux recovery system and heavy-duty rotators with 10ton capacity.
- Welding capacity upto 36” conductor pipe with existing set, however it can be modified as required.
