BOP repair facility is fully equipped to handle our customer’s most demanding requirements
  • Lifting capabilities upto 25 ton
  • Pressure testing bay with maximum 30,000psi hydro-static test pressure
  • Experience technician team to handle critical task.
  • Experience technician for the offshore site work
  • Authorized Overhaul & Repair services facility for HMH Equipment – Drilling Equipment ( Hydril and Vetco), Products and Services includes Drilling Diverter, Blow-out Preventers (BOP) & Pulsation Dampeners.
  • Authorized Overhaul & Repair services facility for Rong Sheng Equipment – Products and Services include Ram & Annular Blow-out Preventers (BOP), API 6A, API 16A, Rams.
  • Authorized Overhaul & Repair services facility for MCM Equipment- Products and Services includes MCM Valves & Chokes.
  • RAM block recertification – perform major recertification of RAM blocks with COC from OEM.
  • Long-term preservation of BOP – perform long-term preservation for cold stacking.
  • On-site rectification, including elastomer replacement and pressure testing, to certify the unit's fitness for operation.
  • Re-certification of C & K, Standpipe, and injection manifolds.
  • Re-certification of Drill Through Equipment API6A, API16A ( Drilling & Spacer Spools , Adapters, Hub Clamp End Connectors)
  • Repair & Service choke/Kill, standpipe and injection manifolds.
  • Re-certification Coflex & Koomey hoses.
  • Re-certification of pulsation dampeners.

  • ADNOC DRILLING CONTRACT – Inspection, Testing & Recertification of HP Hoses During Major Maintenance.
  • ADNOC DRILLING CONTRACT - Pulsation Dampener Inspection & Certification
  • ADNOC DRILLING CONTRACT - Repair and recertification of Hydril BOP and Pulsation Dampeners
  • Repair & Recertification of HYDRIL BOP & Diverter/Packer Housing for local as well as overseas customers.
  • Repair of NOV-Shaffer BOP for NOV RIG Technologies.
