Premium & API Connection

Our threading facility is equipped with three state-of-the-art CNC hollow spindle lathes covering a range up to 21” OD pipe or accessories. This is backed up with a 500T swage unit and induction heaters for stress relieving cold formed connections. Wesco Abu Dhabi is the authorized repair facility for various premium connections. We are also fully accredited to API 5CT, API 5B, API 7-1 & API 7-2, enabling WESCO to handle all our customers' threading requirements.

The quality of our workmanship and the technical expertise of our personnel has been recognized to provide premium threading for a portfolio of premium licenses.

Our range of machine tool includes

  • AMC Buck on machine with max capacity 20” dia.
  • Swaging machine with max capacity 13-3/8” dia.
  • Stress relieving unit
  • Abrasive blasting unit for the surface treatment for high chrome pin end
  • Manganese phosphate two units for the connection surface treatment
  • Band saw machine with capacity 20” dia.
  • Copper coating unit for the special surface treatment for high chrome Box end as per OEM specification.
  • We also stock a wide variety of industry approved materials e.g. AISI 4140/4145/L-80 to ensure the quickest possible delivery
